Katherine McCarley,
2024 Recording Secretary

Katherine T. McCarley has held the position of associate counsel for National Fuel Gas Company since October 2023. Previously she was a law clerk and later an associate at Underberg & Kessler LLP.

McCarley earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in English and psychology from Canisius College, and she received her juris doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2020. While attending law school, McCarley served as secretary of the Black Law Students Association and placed fourth in UB’s Annual Negotiation in Mediation Competition. McCarley was also a 2018 and 2019 Summer Associate with Underberg & Kessler LLP.
